Summer Virtual Professional Development Opportunities for Language Teachers & All Budgets!!!

I am grateful to see that the many opportunities to grow for world language educators, free and paid, just keep expanding!

Something that helps me keep up with what is being offered is having a clear idea of how I want to grow and in what areas I want to grow. That and also being very aware of what is available.

There is a learning opportunity for every world language educator that fits most goals and every budget, even if the budget is $0.00.

Through this blog post, I am sharing about several language education conferences available this Summer 2024. This is not a comprehensive list of everything that is offered this summer, but I am sharing the ones in which I have been invited to participate over the years and in the present. Also, this list is presented in no particular order.

While there were many opportunities to learn this summer that truly fit all budgets, when selecting how to invest your limited summer time, realistically, it is essential for you to define what it is that YOU prioritize in YOUR classroom as a language teacher and/or in which areas you are looking to grow as you start a new year.

Also, not attending and learning at any conferences during your summer is okay, too, if you need total time off. I have done that in the past. Listen to your body.

Ready? Here we go!!
